"My son ordered a new ADX from Springfield, there was a delay in getting it and so I decided to try and sort things out for him. My contact at the dealership was Samantha Hunter who later brought in Anthony Bruce to assist. I've been buying and leasing cars for myself and business for the past 35 years and usually I dread dealing with this. Well sometimes you find out there are some great people out there to deal with. Samantha was there every step of the way, keeping in constant contact, making sure I was kept in the loop and then putting Anthony inside the situation to move it along. They did everything possible, in fact moving faster and finding the exact car my son wanted, got it from another dealer and had it delivered last night. It felt like they were dedicated to nothing but making us happy and they did. My son said even the pickup was quick, no last minute bumps that often happen with dealers and the car is beautiful. This kind of deal makes you want to go back. These two people are truly dedicated, hard working, honest and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an Acura. Even if you're not looking for an Acura it would be a good idea to check them out, you'll be how beautiful the cars are and how great the service is there."
